finally succeeded after weeks of trying to make my version of the perfect scrambled eggs! i don’t know what did it though – i added more butter, more milk, did more stirring, put it on low heat and took the pan off the stove multiple times.
also manage to make my oatmeal a little tastier by using condensed milk instead of low fat milk. waking up early has its perks – have been making my own weekend breakfast since a month ago (it’s all about perfecting the scrambled eggs) and found myself being entertained by the idea of making myself lunch during the weekends. 🙂
it’s really nice to have a reason to wake up earlier during the weekend.
