a deficiency

certain information does not register until much later. a search on what vitamins to eat prompted me to take a look at my health report from 3 years ago.

in the report, it says i lack exercise which i have tried to improve by going to the gym at least twice a week but i’ve completely forgotten about the rest of the report until now. for one of the haematology test, the reference range was “27 – 32pg” – the doctor remarked that anything lower than 27 indicates an iron deficiency and anything higher than 32 is a sign that the body lacks vitamin B9 & B12. my result was 32.7.

i should load up on my vitamin b complex to bring the numbers lower!
