Avoid the obvious such as fried foods, burgers and other fatty meats (i.e. pork, bacon, ham, salami, ribs and sausage). Dairy products such as cheese, cottage cheese, milk and cream should be eaten in low fat versions. Nuts and sandwich meats, mayonnaise, margarine, butter and sauces should be eaten in limited amounts. Most are available in lower fat versions such as substitute butter, fat free cheeses and mayonnaise. Thought for the day: Lean, mean, fat-burning machine…. Then be one!
me love everything that’s mentioned here. 😀
How many times have you heard people around you saying ” I am trying to lose some weight!!” But they never succeed. What they overlook is that every ideal plan to lose weight must be accompanied by some exercise program. Without training, your diet plan is doomed to fail from the start. And if you think once a week is enough, you will not see much results. Go for 3-5 times per week. This is the same if you are doing Pilates. The least you can do is once a week – but results is barely visible. Take it 3-5 times per week for best results! It’s guaranteed!
my instructor told me to start doing pilates at home. 😐
wimpily, i whispered, i am weak willed.
